The app loads a blank screen. I am running the latest iOS update on an iPhone pro max 14. Help!

I don’t know who Healy has hired to build their apps, but they are the most incompetent bunch I’ve ever seen. Yesterday’s update once again has left the app in a frozen state, stuck on the loading screen. For products this expensive this is unacceptable.

There is a blank screen! Nothing is coming up

I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall this app for it to work. It regularly will not function. Support helps but is cumbersome and slow to respond. I do not recommend this product.

This app never recognizes my login. When it directs me to the main Healy site to reset login info, I login (with same login btw) but cannot get around this fiasco of an issue. Please fix this!!!! I love Healy, have paid a lot for it, and would really like to use all that’s available. Thank you

I miss the assistant. Now that I have to type an issue in, I get strange choices that pop up to choose from. For instance, when typing inflammation in the search bar, the word Balance appears several times with numbers behind it. I have no idea what that means. If I type inflammation in and hit “Done”, no programs come up at all. I need directions on how to use it. The tutorials don’t help.

Terrible app to try to navigate!!!!!!

This app is constantly not working or changing itself without any previous notifications, I use it one time and the next time I wanted to do another protocol it made me sing in again , enter my password and it did not open in full version … it wants me to go on tutorial mode and I have an account with it… so disappointed

It’s helpful if you happen to enter the words it knows but just as often you have to enter peripheral words and beat around the bush to find what you’re looking for. I have no idea why under this app is the setting for applying high frequency. Also I don’t know why it has the wrong programs for my Healy.
