All I wanted to do was download my health data to put into an Excel spreadsheet. This app claims that you can export to a CSV file, however all of the files are downloaded to an HAE file. Why Apple makes this so difficult is beyond me. All of my other health apps have an easy.CSV export function.
tried several different times to export custom data, admittedly a lot of it, and it failed. kept whittling down the amount of metrics—still failed, every time. lol
Used this tool to export device-specific heart rate data. Took a little experimenting to figure it out, but it worked. Awesome tool.

The best way to turn your Apple Health data into CSV and formats that let you do your own analysis. I originally heard about this app from Nassim Taleb, and have been using it for years.
I cannot get any of the widgets to work on iOS 18. I am a premium account user however my premium account began prior to your monthly subscription. I don’t know if that has anything to do with me not being able to get any of the widgets to work. This is an update. The developer contacted me quickly. All is working great for the widgets after I reinstalled. Thanks again!
This app is more of a frustration than a help in exporting health data. In trying to export blood pressure data, the app does NOT export the time of the reading, which is an exceedingly important piece of data. The app simply indicates that all readings occurred at 00:00:00. If you tinker with the export settings to get the time data, you get a warning that the export will take a long period of time. That’s primarily because the app develops a line of data for EVERY minute in your export range, regardless of whether there is any actual data for that particular minute. The app repeatedly created an export file for State of Mind, even though that selection was clearly NOT checked, and it inexplicably created an export file for Symptoms on only one of the many attempted exports, even though that selection was clearly NOT checked. In fact, I had never checked that selection. After wasting over 30 minutes trying to simply export 9 months of blood pressure data to no avail, I am deleting this app. Thankfully, the free 7-day trial convincingly displayed the shallow depth of this app’s capability.
I’ve been using the REST API mechanism in this app for over a year without any issue. Then suddenly last week it stopped working. Now I can’t get the export to work with any API, even a simple webhook tester. The app seems to be sending an invalid HTTP request since every endpoint I use returns a 400 error.
Hello. About a week ago the seconds stopped sending via emails. Everything else works and sends, but when I export in seconds, it won’t send the email. Even small files like 7 MB. they used to send all the time. Good app otherwise but I use this feature daily. It stinks it no longer works.
Does exactly what I was looking for. Easy to send data to a server and make post requests. Also frequent updates is amazing!
