Wanted to give u positive feedback : With your diet plan I feel Light, Active, Have Controlled sugar intake during diet so even if I have sugar cravings ypu have given me Healthy Options and when occasionally I have desserts I cant have more den 2 spoons, I feel like uneasy and vomiting but I am very happy with this because I am automatically controlling the portion of Sugar cravings. Your plan has two Important Things i.e Fruits and Salads, Inculcated the habit for constant first diet plan and it is my habit now and I feel incomplete if I miss any of fruits or salad. Its common to say to have fruits and salads but Ms. Sapna & Ms. Shivani provide me Right Quantity & Right Time for having it which makes alot of difference. More Love For You❤️💪🏼

I seem to lack motivation to follow the diet

This 3 months plan was very helpful for me . It’s a flexible , user friendly diet plan.. without any medicines… As Sapna always says in her reels : “ Simple Ghar ka Khaana”. I joined sapna when I was getting married. Her meals were easy and proper ghar ka khana and I lost inches and weight as well for my big day. And again I approached her when I conceived and my reports were not good sugar was high there was issue in my liver doctor started diabetes and liver medicine and said my pregnancy will be too complicated but after a month of her diet plans I visited my gynaecologist all the test were normal and doctor stopped my diabetes and liver medicine. I know I have written too much but trust me I have cutted short. Thanku Sapna you and your diet plans have saved me ..

Easy to follow diet plans, tailor-made according to your own routine and food preferences. Took it up for just three months accompanied by walking daily, and lost considerable weight. Highly recommended!!!!
