Misleading information
The app looks great but I am absolutely horrified at the amount of misleading information and advice this app offers. Looks like the info is copied from old books and resources and by someone who didn’t do some research on their own about where we stand TODAY in regards to what food really serves our body and what not. Unpasteurized milk? Really? Unless you have your own cow and you know what you feed it and how clean the procedure is when the milk is extracted, the risk to get ill is far greater than the benefit it may offer or one thinks it does. Milk is not something we need to begin with. We have been brainwashed to believe it is. Does it help children in poor countries survive? Yes, better than starving, absolutely, but in our modern society cow milk is for cow babies. Period. Vegetable oils? Do you know how they are made? If you knew, you wouldn’t consume it ever again. On a positive note I like the overall idea of this app, hence 2 stars but I feel sorry for people who might want to improve their health and instead they make it worse by following a health app like this. I encourage everybody to do their own research and mostly listen to your body. It will tell you very clear what is good for you and what not..
