I normally don’t write reviews, but this app has been terrible from the jump. I tried nearly every username possible and yet the app says every username is unavailable. Please fix this issue.

I’m not able to log in and keeps giving me an error message.

The app looks nice and easy, but the functionality is anything but. When you press on a button one time and then go back and press it again it’ll take you to a separate screen. When you try to upload documents for expenses there is always an error message to where it doesn’t work, or it will delete the document itself. Even after having the app for 5+ years, I still have to call every time I need to attach a document. Speaking of documents, you need the everything including the blood of your first born to just be able and have a $10 charge approved. I hate the company and app, but I’m forced to work with them. After the last iOS update (18.2) I can no longer open the app without error. I continue to get an MiTM threat message. Ref:6510,6209:AE47:WGESD9. I’ve disabled all of my VPN connections, hopped off whichever networks I’ve been on while only using cell and still I get the error. Would be nice to figure out the root cause of the error.

Can’t login in do to a security error. Fix this issue!

This app used to work perfectly fine up until this year. I’m unable to reimburse myself for expenses because the expenses are saved as $0 amount instead of the actual amount entered into the expense. The app also doesn’t show all pending reimbursements. So I end up waiting on hold for 10 mins to have customer support the reimbursement is showing pending on their side. The only good thing about the app is it shows me remaining balances in my HSA and DCRA accounts.

When do we get the other 1500 to make up for the 4000 ytd

App crashes all the time. Lacks features which should be bare minimum in 2024. Can’t do many operations in the app. Faceid doesn’t work. I was really thankful that our company switched away from Health Eq.

I had an expense that was declined. I got on chat and it was resolved in less that 20 minutes
