With this free Healthgram app, experience an easy way to use your iphone’s Healthkit data (viewable in your Health app) in your employer-sponsored Healthtrax incentive program. The Apple Watch, as well as other wearable devices and health-related apps on your iphone, can feed into Healthkit and use it as a central place to store data about your activity, heart rate, etc. This data can then be shared with this free Healthgram app, so that it can be considered for credit for any health or fitness related Healthtrax modules. Your employer must have an active Healthtrax program in order to use this app.

Crashes with iOS 13
Please update so I can sync my health data. It crashes under iOS 13 update.
Crashes after IOS13
It was a good app for syncing my steps but after upgrade to IOS13 the app repeatedly crashes when trying to Synch steps. I haven’t had updated steps synched since Sunday (9/22/19 @1:00 PM) which is right before I upgraded the IOS version. Please fix
