I have ordered pre workout seeing that it has 150mg caffeine as these people mentioned on their app but after receiving the product it has 200 mg and i have ordered 2 flavours for which i checked later in app it says it has 300 mg of caffeine this is so misleading , just be careful

I have ordered ON whey protien and I received it yesterday in 15th may 2024 and the seal of the product was broken and insects were present inside the box and when I have complained about this the tell me that it will take 1-2 bussiness days to resolve this. I have paid 100% amount of the product and I have sent them the proof that what I have received and after that it will take 1-2 days for refund. The customer support is very bad, they are very unhelpful and there is no calling facility with customer care is also available.

Despite being a regular customer, I encountered several issues that have left me dissatisfied with your service. Firstly, the delivery of my order was significantly delayed. It was supposed to arrive by the 11th of May, but I did not receive it until the 13th of May. This delay caused inconvenience as I had made plans based on the expected delivery date. Furthermore, on the day of delivery, the delivery boy claimed that he had tried calling me multiple times but received no response. However, I did not receive any missed calls or messages from him. Additionally, he requested the OTP (one-time password) for the delivery, which raised concerns about the security of my personal information. Despite these issues, he assured me that the order would be delivered the next day. To my dismay, when I contacted the delivery boy the following day, he informed me that the order was not with him. He denied any responsibility and suggested that the items had been sent back to the company. This lack of accountability is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Moreover, despite my repeated attempts to seek information about the status of my order, your customer service representatives have been unhelpful. They consistently ask me to wait for 3-5 days without providing any concrete updates or resolutions. This lack of transparency and communication is extremely frustrating, and it reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I expect better from a reputable company like yours. As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve a timely resolution to this matter. I kindly request that you investigate this issue thoroughly, provide me with a clear explanation for the delay and the miscommunication, and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I trust that you will address this complaint promptly and effectively. I hope to receive a satisfactory resolution to restore my faith in your company's commitment to customer service.
