Not worth the cost
It doesn’t offer anything special for the price they try to make you pay for premium. For that reason alone I’d go with a different app. For $5 you can buy an app for life that can do way more than this one.
Good App
It’s a good app if you like to view your health data listed the way you want it as opposed to the stock iOS Health App which only sorts your favourites in alphabetical order. But the graphs need work. Some graphs like body temperature start at 0 on the Y axis and that wouldn’t be possible since you would be dead. Same with heart rate. Those graphs shouldn’t start at 0.
Huge price increase but zero changes?
I paid $7.49 for this app last year, now the annual price has increased to $35.99 and there’s been zero upgrades changes or improvements? Make it make sense

For what? The last update was 2 months ago. There should be rules about subscriptions on apps that require little upkeep.
Sleep data wrong
Doesn’t sync correct sleep data, sync times of widgets is useless, is easier open the app that wait 20min to se updated widget/complication
not happy
i was excited to see this app because i seen it on reflectly which i think is a great app and thought this app would be great too, and i was wrong. when it asked me what stuff i wanted to track i selected quite a few, but then when it was done putting all that stuff in my health app i seen that i only had 3 things i could actually track out of at least over 20 the rest i had to get premium.
Could be better
I absolutely hate the ad that pops up to get the bundle after you have already paid for the Premium for the year. Then they try to trick you into the bundle with a monthly subscription. Every time you open the app is a bit ridiculous.

This app looks exactly like the Health app. Copy cat. Probably a scam! Spend your money elsewhere on more important things
