Money wasted!!
Blood sugar is consistently low anywhere 20 -40 point Heart inconsistent as to accuracy Uric acid is way off! ECG monitoring have to have app on to record. If you have AFib or other arrhythmias it does not auto record or alert you Steps are way off. Apple phone says I had 4550 steps, Fitbit says 4555 and smart watch says 350 I’ve did trouble shooting to no avail Instruction manual is worthless!
Decent app with great potential, here are a few suggestions to make it better and more personal. 1) The Most Important One - For blood glucose: Instead of having 3 meals at a fixed time everyday, why not allow your users to customize the number of meals and their meal times to better reflect the true changes in blood glucose value. Being able to input your real blood glucose value is already great, let’s make it even better! 2) Please add elliptical to choice of exercises / sports. 3) Please allow for custom watch face using photos from the users. Then allow them to add options such as steps/heart-rate/blood-glucose, calendars, notifications and/or battery levels besides time & date. I believe adding the above features would be a great start, I look forward to seeing this app evolve into something greater. Thank you for your attention!
Incredible device with the capability to change your life!
I’m so surprised by this watch. Had about a year. First thing I check in morning. I hold my left arm in place so steps are never right. Bp reads close to my cuff. 02 same as finger clamp. The glucose range can roll from 44/ 190 depending on what I’m doing. Averages 78/110ml. Yes, I’m boarder line. It samples every 30 min. It knows when and what I eat. Battery life is weekly. I made a steam loco picture I took my watch face. It’s holding up very well to wear. It hates when I wear it too loose. I hope the company returns to selling them. Good product, good price.
Can’t get device to bind. Says it’s paired but nothing works. Hardest watch yet to set up. Not very happy. Instructions are non existent or very difficult to understand.
I am very happy with this watch. I got it primarily To track my blood sugar levels. It does a great Job of tracking the trend, but it’s not 100% accurate. Like others, I calibrate it with a stick In the morning and it tracks very close all day. It’s always within 10 points of an actual blood Stick reading. So I’m really happy not having to stick myself 8 times a day. The health app Is awesome too. BP, Body temp, O2, HR, RR, all Seem to be accurate as well. I’ve checked all With my separate other devices and It’s right on. It’s my new favorite watch. Two things that could be improved are the Number and type of activity trackers and the Watch face library selection. If they improve These two thing, I could throwing my Apple Watch away.
For the money spent on this watch was and is definitely not worth the price. Nothing connects, can’t get help, because it doesn’t connect. Say 120+ sports activities, I counted 12. No way to find customer services or support because you can’t connect! I WANT MY MONEY BACK
