How to register my new account?
Its been three days since I availed membership and register it via mobile app, but it wont allow me to activate my membership…. Very frustrating.
Wow this app is outright bad and unusable!
I'm using iPhone and items in the drop-down list for gender, marital status, province, and city are not showing. I have to blindly scroll on the list until I can get the correct item.
Im using iPhone 11 and the app can not be installed. Please fix. Hope the dev is focusing on the bug not just creating the app and neglecting it for good. Have integrity to your users. 👎🏻👎🏻
The drop down options are not visible when I tried to register as a new member.
I've been using this app for quite some time now and I'm extremely disappointed that the points I've earned are not updating. This issue is really annoying, especially since my membership relies on it. I've tried logging in and out of the app, restarting my phone, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem still persists. It's such a sad experience that something as simple as points updating is causing so much trouble. I hope the developers of this app can take notice of this issue and fix it soon. I love using this app and I really want to continue using it, but this problem is hindering my experience. Please address this issue so that loyal users like myself can continue to enjoy your app without any hassles. Overall, I would not recommend this app until this issue is fixed. It's just too frustrating to use an app that doesn't update points properly.
Sadly, App doesn’t update the points. I have updated the app numerous times but still my membership status and points still the same. Its frustrating to use. Im sorry.
Options for the textboxes are not showing and not working properly. No text is visible. Dropdown list bugged, ironic as they just requested for an app update. :/
