I have had several different types of hearings aids and most do not function as promised. These do everything they say. The app is easy to follow and makes the adjustments quickly.

So I had tried “old school” hearing aids back in 2016. Didn’t hear any difference vs not wearing them. Very expensive. Returned them for a refund. I was intrigued by the dual processor concept and the modern, rechargeable & Bluetooth app setup. I was very happy with the remote audiologist initial testing & setup session today. I’ve been very happy with the sales & tech support. I’ve had these things in my ears for an hour and already Incan tell the difference. I love the ability to fine tune my settings through my iPhone.

No hearing aid is perfect. But this one is so much better than my old battery aids. It helps to mask some of the tinnitus! I would highly recommend them. I can hear most of what my low talker cousin says, first time some my hearing loss 20 yrs ago😊🥰

This is my first hearing aid application. It was really easy to learn and control. I like the speech settings and use them a lot. I wish you could save certain settings. Every time I put them in I have to go to the app and adjust the volume, sharp/soft, comfort mode… I wish they would not reset every time. The provider sold me on the streaming, and I love being able to watch videos and talk on the phone using the app-I hear better on the phone now! But streaming music leaves a little to be desired- I’d love to bump the bass more or tone down some screeching (perhaps the reason I needed hearing aids in the first place). And I wish I could stream off my work computer-I’m in a shared space so it’s a hassle to switch out my hearing aids for ear pods to listen.

Limited functions on the app. Very disappointed.

This app lacks really anything. Yes it has some setting for you hearing aids but they are really plain. Give me ways to try out things. Allowing it to be changed for say a few hours or a day and then speak to your audiologist and say hey this works

The app balance, column and direction controls do nothing to the hearing. I cannot make any sense out of how to balance the reception. I get an off and on effect when I turn my head. For such “big bucks” life with these aides should be a lot better.

Compared to the GN Smart 3D app this one falls short. Sound quality adjustment is limited and the app does not run on the Apple Watch.

I can hear again.

The Horizon app allows me to customize settings for situations when I have great difficulty hearing someone talk. This enables me to get optimal benefits from using the hearing aids!
