Cant see the account settings, i am logged in. Cant find anything that can lead to account settings. Scam

- How often to use it?
For accurate measurement, use it several times a day especially when you wake up in the morning, go to bed and finish workouts.
- What is a normal heart rate?
According to American Heart Association and the Mayo Clinic, a normal resting heartbeat for adults ranges from 60 to 100 bpm. But it can be affected by many factors such as stress, fitness level, medication use, etc.

System must communicate with other apps! Blue tooth receives blood sugar and blood pressure readings too this phone why can’t all the information be recorded and charted in this one location?
