Pay your check:
When a guest is added to a ticket in a participating restaurant, the guest can pull their guest check at anytime during their meal and pay without the need to interact with the restaurant's wait staff.

In participating restaurants, Heartland Guest allows you to receive the entire restaurant menu, along with your personal order history so you can immediately order or re-order your favorite meal, exactly the way you like it, in a matter of seconds.

Doesn’t work … skip it.

Fields are configured correctly, doesn’t know the difference between normal fields and email fields, it’s a mess. Can’t complete sign-up. “PreSignUp failed with error Failed to verify email, no emailVerificationToken provided.”

Bad

You can’t even log in or create an account with a new email so this whole app is pointless

App broken

Attempted 3 times to set up account using this app. It does not work! Take it down.

Horrible App

Customer service does not care about you. They claim that they can’t help you. The service is bad.

Can’t create account

It says “presignup failed with error. Failed to verify email. No emailverificationtoken provided”. It happens immediately after tapping the Continue button and I tried two different email addresses.

App doesn’t give points

We go to the same restaurant every weekend and have only gotten points for three visits. Scanned to pay and it asks me to download the app I already have and doesn’t recognize my purchase. Please fix your app.

Never sends code for pw

I have tried 4 different times to get Chubbys signed up but it will never email the pass code. It’s a joke

Issues

I’ve had a few issues with logging in. Even after password resetting. Scanning QR codes from the store we shop at frequently error out. Some issues resolve after removing / deleting the app and reinstalling, but it shouldn’t be this difficult.

Not sure what it does

I put the QR code on a restaurant receipt, when the server says it doesn’t work. I just don’t get it.
