Not loading
This app is either too slow or doesn’t load. Right now it’s not loading at all. I’d like to see how many hours I can use for PTO. Fix this please.

Heartland's scheduling software makes it easy to build and manage employee schedules. To get started, your supervisor can simply drag and drop shifts to open time slots. The moment a new shift is published, a new job is scheduled, or any changes are made to an existing schedule, everyone in the team will be up-to-date with real-time notifications.
REQUEST TIME-OFF
Employees can quickly book time-off directly from your mobile device. Managers can stay on top of employee availability by viewing requests in real-time and approving or rejecting requests.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Whoever was in charge of making this abomination needs to leave the field of software development game immediately. Completely unusable.
What wrong with the Heartland app
The app isn’t working I’ve been using this app for 4yrs
Doesn’t open
It doesn’t open many times I need to remove the app and reload it. It’s just a terrible terrible app.
Solidly Mediocre
Does what it’s supposed to do but slowly. Almost every time I want to do something in it, I have to restart the app. Really annoying.
GARBAGE
Absolutely the worst app ever use. You should be embarrassed to put out such trash that holds such important information as employment and Social Security addresses things that she needs. This is absolutely disgusting.
Bad app
If your employer uses this app…. Run for the hills. The worst app ever. Tracks your location even when off the clock. Very invasive. Cheap retail gas stations use this because they are cheap.
The Worst Payroll App I’ve ever Used.
I hate to be a complainer but this app is awful and my colleagues have had multiple issues with it too. It constantly gives errors(even the web/browser based version), the 45 day login checkmark doesn’t do anything you still have to provide a two-step code every time you want to login. When you’re trying to see your paystub, sometimes it’s just a blank page and doesn’t tell you what’s going on or where to go or what menus you need to navigate. It really involves a lot of unnecessary stress, time and energy only for our pay information/pay stubs to be temporarily unavailable and not able to be seen sometimes- giving you a red banner or error message. This is completely unacceptable and this app needs to be improved and easy to access. Maybe a complaint to the California Labor Board will be the only recourse we have to see an improvement here.

Junk
It took nearly an hour to get to my profile. The temporary password doesn’t work. When I finally got in, it had my name but no onboarding process was found. I had to go through multiple verification codes to finally be able to change the password. ALL but one (suspicious) review states how awful this app is. I had to force my internet security to allow me to access the website.
