Promising but unstable
Since the app was targeted for HF patients, it was good that it asked the right questions about patient symptoms. However, the app is still unstable and does not record data as it promised. Developer still needs to improve it

- Look at trends and see how your are doing
- Import and export your symptoms data, and weight and blood pressure measurements to and from the Apple Health app
- Share your health data with your care team
