Read Reviews Before Buying! Your Weekly Subscription of 24.99 doesn’t work at all BUT the HIGHER MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of 69.99 works. Is this some kind of scam? So to finish out the drama I had to purchase coins which added up to a bit more for a weekly subscription! I’m reviewing about this at my App Store asap for being greedy & cheating consumers.

I signed up for a $24.99 subscription that included a week of free episodes; however, all episodes are still inaccessible, despite the payment being processed. Following that, I attempted to recharge for $14.99, and while the payment was successful, all episodes are still locked. I have saved all the screenshots to reference. I have reached out to them via email, but I have not received a reply yet.

I’m so mad i purchased a subscription and all my videos are still locked i try contacting support but nothing it’s been 2 days now so i lost 2 days of my subscription already

I thought I would like this app. However I paid for the 1 year subscription and it says I have paid for it and it was deducted from my account. However it won’t give me unlimited access. I’ve tried to get response from developer and haven’t received anything. It’s been almost a month since I paid to subscribe. Save your money for other apps that do right by you!

There are many kinds of series, and these are always suit my mood. Each episode is exciting and evocative. The application interface is friendly and the operation is very easy. The best part is that the new episodes are updated immediately and I look forward to them every day. HeatShort is definitely good news for short drama lovers!

I paid for this app for the year. Now on my tablet it tells me there’s an error with my connection. Was going to try to uninstall then reinstall. Afraid I would lose money already paid. But can’t do this because it’s not coming up at App Store. Tried downloading on iPhone but was given a new account. Not recognizing I already have account. So I paid for the year but can’t watch anything new only what in history.

I will admit I’m a sucker for these shorts, but this particular app has been the most troublesome. At first is seems like the others, but when I paid for the monthly subscription it fails to recognize that I am a VIP member. I can’t continue watching the shorts I want to without having to pay, and the ads don’t even work so you can’t redeem coins with ads. I would suggest not downloading this app for now. You will be greatly disappointed.

Every time I open up the app it says and stays on loading network. Nothing is loading. Really disappointed as I can’t watch one of the dramas I really want to watch.
