The app updates randomly updates in the day and there’s no telling when you can use the app again I would like to receive a email in advance telling me when it’s updating and you won’t be allowed to use the app

I used to have this app when it was first created and it was great! Now it doesn’t work at all. I have constantly been trying to subscribe and even when it says payment processed it doesn’t actually work. The app just keeps loading when you try to subscribe. Too bad because they had amazing workout videos

Been trying to join the 24.99 program but it doesn’t open for me join. Can someone please fix it so I can join. Thank you! -Joyce

When I signed up for this at home program I was excited to be able to workout from home, I decided to do a body workout this morning, I've tried to load 4 different videos and none of them are available. Im going to cancel this subscription.

This is wonderful! Absolutely love the variety of programs that were available. I had some difficulties getting it to stream with the chromecast to where it would play then freeze. I just used my iPad to complete the workouts. My next problem was the timer. Yes, there is a timer on the screen and it changes colors when it gets to the last ten seconds. However, there no audible timer like ticks or whatever. I personally like timers that way I do not have to keep my eyes on the screen or constantly glancing over to make sure I’m still in the same set. I have a timer but it does not factor in the one minute rest. It would make the workouts a lot easier if you didn’t have to continuously look to see the timer. If you’re on the floor doing a workout you have to stop to see if it’s time to switch. You can bring your device to the floor with you so you can glance over so you know when to stop. Other than that still a good program with workouts as well as nutrition assistance.

If you are traveling out of town, you don’t have to stress about finding a gym location. It’s right on your phone. If you have anxiety about going to the gym. The Heatxtreme app is right on your phone. If you just don’t know what to do, and you need guidance.
