It’s doing so bad about the filter
Account blocked for no reason
I used this app for several years and no issues, but this week in Dubai my account was banned three times. I haven’t broken any terms and conditions and when I try to appeal and understand why this keeps happening I just get an automated response. I loved the app before all of this and want to keep using it, but I am shocked by this level of customer service.

Iv found it very good app rules are stricked about posting certain pictures with I think can be a good thing the live chat is also good and is monitored very well so to keep the naughty people away from their underwear the customers service can be a little slow to respond at times but I think that’s because of being in different countries overall very pleased the kicking and muting on live needs to be easier to use and sometimes doesn’t work but apart from that keep up the good work oh and having another person help in your live should be at level 5 not 16 which could take a year to get to

What an annoying app
You are constantly annoyed by the commercial pop-ups, they are having a frequency of every other minute and the lasting longer that 30 seconds before you can klick them away. Waste of time. There are much better gay chats, than this one. Maybe the app developers should have a look at the competition, to see how a user friendle app works. Now they even made it more annoying by putting immediate a cross in the upper right corner, only so you think of clicking the commercial away, but in fact you open the commercial page. It still take ages before the real exit cross appears. This is not taking your members serious and is a deliberate mislead. Shame on you developers.
