Since they updated the app//rewards like, 6 or 7 months ago I guess, it’s a joke. The store by me can’t scan your phone to make sure you get your points if the app is down (which it was for months). I was also in the top tier and supposed to get 1 free item a month. I did last year, and then in Jan/Feb I got an e mail saying I did, but it wasn’t on my app. I had to e mail support and they added it on. I guess they no longer do the free item every month, which means there’s zero perks for being a top tier member (so glad I spent all that money!!) they are always out of food, flavors, or messing up orders. If my partner didn’t like their cinnamon rolls (which they also always never have, or don’t warm it up, or put it in the bad upside down) I’d probably never order from there again. Which is a shame, because the Banana Chaiburg is my favorite thing to have for breakfast.
I had to use a different email address because the “forgot password” and previous login information don’t work since the app change in January.
Love this chain. Never had a bad experience at any location. Friendly, quick, and more than a few employees actually made me smile. Love yall.
Account got logged out and I had to make a new account and I lost all of my points.
So works great so far. Only issue I have is that there are too many selections before I can finish.
There new app use to be so good but now it never works.
I couldn’t log in. Didn’t recognize my email. Had to join as a new account and have had an account for years. My status is starting back at zero and I’m not really pleased about this.
This new app is full of issues. I can no longer pay with the app like the one before. The rewards program is less rewarding. I’d go to Heine Bros at least twice a week and now it’s less. At the level I was at I’d get a free $10 a month and now that’s gone.
Rewards are not accessible and this updated app has created more issues than it’s worth.
