Constantly logging off without any logical reason. No way to store credentials in the phone password manager. The dev apparently never used his app, otherwise would fix it already. Its very annoying

Logging off
The app is constantly logging off, there is no way to store the credentials to the phone password manager. Both very annoying!
Changing device
I have a new device. I sold the old one and when I need to log in I see a message Too many device, I need to change it
Not working since update to 1.5.0
The application is stuck after start on the Helen Doron Stream loading logo. This behavior started after the app was updated to version 1.5.0 The latest update 1.5.1 didn't fixed the issue.
Doesnt work
Cant load videos and songs, it says no internet connection, but its not true.. we cant use it
Couldnt load media
App doesnt work corectly, coudnt load media and says that there is no conection to internet, even there is.
Not working
App does not load videos on XS iOS 13.3. Audio files work, but trying to load videos returns message, that device is not connected to the internet.
Buggy on iOS 12
It can’t load media, says it’s not connected to internet. Although it is.
Ok, but not great
The App is OK, works fine. But there are some issues. 1. please support Apple CarPlay. It's a good place to rehearse the songs on the way to and from preschool. 2. Create an option to stay logged in. I have to log in to the app several times a week. The autofill feature does not work in the app and the login and password provided by the organisation is not easy to remember, especially in the morning with children on the way to school.
