The cake event won’t end and it’s bugged so I can’t do anything. I’ve tried waiting over a week for it to be fixed

Not Working
I’ve contacted support several times about the ghosts not working in my game after paying for them but haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s too bad because I had really been enjoying the game. I'm hoping support will see this review and stop ignoring my detailed email requests for help. UPDATE: I've been waiting since March 16 and still no response from customer support.
Can’t progress
It’s sad cuz I really live this game it’s addicting! But I’m at rock stage and can’t complete anything else in the game. I also can’t revive clown as both items for the final task of rock stage and revive flow are special events (I think). So I might delete the app if nothing can be changed. I saw it was supposed to be fixed in the update but it wasn’t ://
Missing
My 2 helium balloon machines went missing
Lost all my progress…
Its a great game but after getting a new phone the game restarted me to level 1 (this was not the case for other merge games ie. merge mansion). I was quite far in the game and haven’t heard back from support (sent an email one week ago). Would love to have my progress backed up to continue playing but not worth starting over for….

So far, so good! Very fun game and a good way to pass the time! I’m still on the final part of the 1st area with restoring the clown decoration at the entrance!

It’s very nice game and addicting.
Pay to play
The only way to progress in this game is to pay. They make it impossible to complete any orders. They don’t even give you a couple of levels before it gets harder either. To bad. Would have been fun if the developers weren’t so greedy.
Great game but could be better
Great graphics and game play. Keep getting stuck with minimal tasks and the same items repeating that take days to get. Weird Sister event is glitching and rock band items (minivans, bar signs and magazine covers) keep disappearing and turning into music notebooks and leaving behind cassettes.
