Τις τελευταίες μέρες με πετάει τακτικά έξω βάζοντας ξανά και ξανά τα στοιχεία μου απ την αρχή, και να αναγκάζομαι να παίρνω συνέχεια τηλέφωνο για να μου ανοίξουν τις μεταφορές και άλλα.παλαιότερα δεν είχα έτσι θέματα. Δεν ξέρω αν παίζει κάποιο ρόλο το νέο iOS 18!

removed the Russian language from the application, went to the bank with a normal attitude towards people

I open the app and see an infinite loader. Nothing else.

Couldn’t have it on several devices. Most of the features should be unlock by contacting to the call center. Can’t easily send money to another person. And the most important thing - you can’t rely on dates of operations in the app since it’s always messed up and don’t correspond to an actual dates.

The charges are out of hand, I don't see a single reason to justify such charges, for every transfer over 100€ or payment received they charge you 6€. For every conversion fee they charge you 1-4% exchange rates, I am contacting them to close everything. The only reason they survive is lack of competition in Cy market and a lot of employers requiring most people to use CY IBAN.

These last 2 days i cant even open the app properly without it saying “ connection error” (while using 5g and everythinh else works perfectly) . When it finally opens it takes 5 mins to load up my acc.

The worst App of bank I have ever seen. Awful navigation, I hardly could find how to update my address , and then twice I did it. But every time someone from the bank called me and said that it was rejected for stupid reason. Why they have online APP, If they offer to visit branch and fill the form? And especially they work only till 13.30 for public service! It seems that in their opinion nobody works exempt them.

The worst app I ever used in my life! One million issues , whatever you want to do , extract report , send receive, internal messages everything has issues!! I’m tired of being on mobile phone and fight on emails with your support because you don’t want to make a proper app , make it work smoothly and no crashes. Not to mention that for a month I wasn’t able to use it because I update my iOS version and your app wasn’t supporting it , amazing job from Hellenic once again. If negative rating was an option I would give you -5 *

They have stolen my money, and I do to know where is my money more than week. My manager Maria Tatlou doesn’t answer the phone! The worst bank, the worst customer we care. I have never met the bank worse than Hellenic bank. I’m very angry about all workers in that bank. Don’t open the account there.
