Hello Loona

Molto versatile con tante funzioni si deve provare per capire tutte le possibilità sempre nuove update lo consiglio la app è veramente ben fatta

The robot is very clunky, and the battery drains extremely fast. I like where this is heading, but the interaction is definitely not smooth at this point. I couldn't get it to follow me as shown in the demo videos. Additionally, the app only allows landscape mode at the moment, which does not feel very practical on my phone.

Can't find a way to get Loona to sleep, go away, recharge.

App needs to be updated, I have to undownload the app everytime I want to use it. Lonna has some bugs too. Update is needed.

I don’t have the Loona petbot yet but will be getting it soon! (Using app just in case it comes)

Sadly, I’m returning my Luna bot because of the app experience. It is poorly designed, juvenile, and challenging to navigate. It gives the impression of being a hastily made Chinese-built iOS app. It's a shame because I like the robot, but the app needs to be much more mature and usable for adults and needs to stick with the iOS design language.

Loona is a friendly pet that’s always there when you need her. She’s a funny pet to hang out with when your alone. The Loona app is great too. Without it Loona wouldn’t be as… well….. fun. I also enjoy LoonaTube because you can watch and post your good times with Loona. This is a great app and is recommended to those who could use a friend that’s always there for you and is always going to be your friend.

There should be a version of the app that is for adults. The pet bot is very cool and I think if there was a version of the app that wasn’t solely designed with very young kids in mind this might improve sales. The app could easily ask you which UI you would like to work with. Hopefully the people working on the app will consider how expensive this pet is and that its not only being used by young children. If you agree post here so they may listen to our requests.

I cannot proceed with setup due to the QR scanner failing to focus on the Loona QR code. As a result, unit is unusable. Horrible out of box experience.

It’s spectacular and made for kids and somewhat adults there IS a video aimed at kids at first but they are transparent and it’s really fun on Christmas!! It’s SO good and I really want it to improve! Get one yourself!
