Hello Parent app is for the parents to connect with the teachers and the school authorities of their child.
It acts as digital diary, with rich communication features and facility to share messages, files, images and videos. It enables easy chat between the parents and the teachers of the school. The school not necessarily has to be formal schools, but also can be tution classes or hobby classes for the child.

How it works?
Your mobile number becomes your identifier which helps you to stay connected with the school. So, it is important that the school has the correct mobile number of yours. Three members of a family can be added for a single child. The parent downloads the app and provides his details registered with the school. The system generates an OTP and on successful verification automatically connects you to the school. If you are not able to connect, it could mean that either school is not on our platform or the school does not have your mobile number.

App is average for user experience
Using this app and found many UX points which are not proper for interaction and navigation . Even need to improve UI as well in terms of features management. There are certain open bugs in messaging module and other. Functionality can be enhanced in much better way.
No notifications
The biggest problem with the App is it does not push any notifications and does not prompt the users to open the App
Not receiving any notifications
Notifications settings are on in settings for baner, alert and notification center but can’t get any notifications
Bug in app
This review is for the iOS version. If I tap on ‘Message’ and want to navigate back to the main menu without entering any data in the form, I’m stuck with dirty content check. The only option I have is to click on ’OK’.
App not working
After updating the app.my app stop working. I am not able to open the app on my iphone 6 now.when i tap to open it crashed automatically without opening. pls help to resolve..
Multiple opportunities to improve the experience
I feel there are so many opportunities on the application to improve the experience. First and foremost is - Notification. There’s absolutely no way to turning the notifications on. The problem ? We miss important emails from the school. The experience- I have to momentarily go and check the application for any new messages. Second: your interface is bad on the homepage. It overlaps with the images and icon. You need to really modify the design and resolve the issues.
Not helping and Camera Flip
One Time I message to hello parent help but there is no answer from there, My child’s assessment was left because of them and also camera flipping option is not there in IPhone
Camera review
I am also facing this issue only. I have updated the app then also web camera is coming and no flip camera option is provided on updating. Plz go through this problem and provide us camera flip option. Currently using iPhone
