Have been trying to mark “move out” in the app for the last three days and not allowing me to mark. After 5 mins of waiting on the support line, call gets cut saying all agents are busy and no call back response has been received.

The customer care service is horrible, nobody ever picks up. It’s just a IVR and no customer agent to help with the queries

I recently stayed at Hello World 18th Main, HAR Layout, Co-living,and must say that it was nothing less than what I expected. The room I stayed in was spacious, provided very comfortable atmosphere for relax and stay. Another highlight was the place was quiet and peaceful. There was no disturbance from the other guests. Cleaning service was fine, whenever requested, it was taken care of immediately.

Poor maintenance. Half of things switches, ac etc. doesn’t work. No resolution of tickets raised. No operator is there to talk to. If something not working you have to adjust. Poor food facilities. Refund of security deposit is doubtful. Property Manager gives a damn. Not worth the money.

I stayed at the gurgoan Branch for 2 months . The services are terrible and so are the mangers . Really not responsible. They’ve been very shady since day one . It’s been over a month since I’ve moved out and security money is yet to be refunded. The staff is really not cooperating nor is the online help . 0/10 would not recommend . The stay wasn’t comfortable either and the staff Mr Saurav is highly unprofessional and rude . The Helloworld support team is also inactive post the checkin process . Please don’t ruin the reputation of hospitality business. This isn’t what I expected from Helloworld

Hello Everyone, I would strongly advise against staying at Helloworld properties. They charge exorbitantly by advertising a range of facilities, but in reality, none of those exist. The services are terrible. Additionally, they charge move-in and move-out fees, which vary by location, often exceeding ₹5,000, and they do not refund these charges. It has been over a month since I moved out of "My2Home" in Jaipur, a Helloworld property, but I still haven't received my refund. When I was leaving, the property manager, Puneet Chaturvedi, assured me that I would receive the refund within a month. However, it has been more than a month, and he is no longer responding to my calls. When I email the company, I receive the same generic response, stating that the refund will be processed next week. They are also not responding to their helpline, despite my numerous attempts to contact them. DO NOT CHOOSE HELLOWORLD. You will regret it.

Worst service i ever found in such a big company, No customer support, no queries resolved, they even not listening properly, management are worst, I already moved out from the property on 30 jun 2024, and its been 40 days i am still waiting for my security refund. When i talk to the property manager he always told that yr refund will be process in this week, i also raised so many refund related tickets and my last and latest ticket no is 17266, they are also given same reply from last 15 days that your refund will be process in this upcoming week, I don’t know what should i need to do know they are completely fraud, pathetic and worst services, don’t go in this trap.

Worst service ever. The customer care helpline never responds and when they do, their only solution is raise a ticket. They say they will respond in 24-48 hours but do not respond for 15 days. They do not clarify on the payments at all and have been holding my refund. Not able to put a move out till then.

Better to stay in a local pg they don't refund back the complete security amount

Stop scamming people during the move out. If you don’t want to return the money, take it and shove it up your asses but stop making foolish charges. It really irritates.
