Extremely happy that we used Hello Van to deliver and assemble a selection of items bought from IKEA in Murcia The delivery guys were very polite, efficient and did an amazing job, we were very happy with the overall outcome and will definitely use them again in the future Highly recommended

Hard to find the ‘service’ - no desk, just 2 men sat on an IKEA trolley! Download app and pay to book. Promised a next day delivery Message to say it’s not coming and he will call. No phone call No delivery No response to email or WhatsApp messages and when you phone they don’t speak English! Truly - don’t bother! Hire a van!

Bought numerous pieces of furniture including tv cabinet and table and chairs. I also bought lots of soft furnishings and kitchen equipment. Outside ikea store friendly men who spoke English made it no problem to deliver from Malaga to Estepona. A price was agreed. Everything was transparent. Down loaded their app as we spoke. All delivered on time. For an extra fee agreed at the time of booking ,they put all the furniture together and took the rubbish with them. Very good price. Def recommend.

Had no idea how we would get the 2 mattresses we had just bought home, when we realised that they wouldn’t fit in the car! When we asked at customer service about delivery, they sent us outside & by the exit we found HelloVan. Several people where being served so we joined the queue & very quickly were served by an English speak man. He told me to download their app. Which you need. After that very quick & easy. That was early afternoon, next morning mattresses were delivered. Excellent service. Was it expensive? Probably not, it was definitely worth it, to get mattresses home. They were very heavy & difficult to carry. Definitely use them again.

I requested a delivery from Ikea Murcia because we did the usual and under estimated the capacity of our hire vehicle. The delivery was supposed to be the next morning it’s now afternoon and I’ve not heard from anyone and the delivery isn’t here. I’m now worried as well as inconvenienced because of having to wait in all day. I’m worried that they have taken my money and my goods and I’m never going to see them again. I’ve tried texting the driver but no response. I’ve looked at customer service but the only contact option available is email and the address is an info@ BE WARNED... there first message when you use them is “thank you for trusting us” maybe you should think twice before you do!
