I have a big amount of anxiety and fear, for quite a while whenever I watch a horror movie, stabbing, blood etc. I’m incredibly sensitive and emotional so it makes me feel terrified and this app helps me realease it although, I do think something that would help would be a picture, or a scene. Thank you developers for helping me with my anxiety.
This app is amazing but we need more time to think and it needs to get like more detail about. Thanks not in your business like that but it needs to ask more questions.

I love this app. But… I need more time to think about a feeling, why I’m feeling it and then release it. Please add an option to set number of breathes to think and release each feeling. It gives me anxiety to be so rushed. Thanks for the app!
I’ve downloaded all sorts of meditation and breathwork apps. This one is the most helpful, bar none. It is extremely simple, no frills or options to add to the indecision of which routine to try. Most importantly, it’s a three step process that works. The added steps of identifying problematic emotions and working to release them is immensely helpful to me. The first few times I did it I was in a pretty bad place mentally. My legs and body clenched up and spasmed when I tried to release my negative emotions because it was actually fighting me. I did feel better when I finished though and I’m gradually fighting myself less. Honestly just try it out, I hope it helps you like it’s helping me.

This is a simple yet effective tool that uses color, sound and words of encouragement to help you relax and breathe. I love that it includes identifying emotions you wish to let go of as well as emotions you wish to experience.
