Helpr: Child & Adult Care

Annoyingly inefficient app for submitting reimbursement (no option to submit from PC!). No option to save centers for multiple claims, no option to key in numbers (have to scroll), no option to duplicate claims and only adjust the date or some other small detail. App forces you to go through the same prompts over and over again submitting the exact same information. Whoever designed this has not done sufficient real world testing.

Was great to have this app to secure help for my mom living in another state, during vivid lockdown. Was easy to upload my own preferred local help, as well as their network of helpers.

Been nothing by great! The app is easy to use. Customer service reps are knowledgeable & helpful. The sitters are all about the kid(s). An overall great experience!
