We built the helpX app, to connect reliable service providers with prospective clients who are in need of day-to-day services at home or office.
There are over 100 doorstep services, across 9+ service categories for you to choose from. Finding a reliable service provider is now just a tap away on your smartphone.
Just open the helpX app, pick your service requirement out of the listed categories, set up an appointment and request. Your job will be accepted by the neighbourhood service providers in a matter of minutes. From confirmation of the appointment to payment and completion, you can keep track of each step on the helpX app.
MANY SERVICE CATEGORIES
We offer 100+ different doorstep services under 9+ categories to fulfil everyday service needs at homes and offices. These range from handyman services such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and carpentry services, Home Salon; doorstep visit beauty and grooming services, to doorstep Car wash services, and many more.
May it be a quick haircut for your kids, fixing a leaky tap or mowing the lawn, we’ve mapped out many skilful and reliable service providers who will be at your service. helpX app is the latest way to handle all of your service needs with peace of mind.
KNOW YOUR FEES
As you select a service, the helpX app shows you the price estimates upfront. If the job requires a quotation, a nominal inspection fee will be charged upfront. Upon consultation of the service provider after the inspection, you can either continue with the appointment or discontinue as you wish. This lets you take control over the service expenses.
SEVERAL METHODS TO PAY
If you choose to pay by cash, or by credit cards we’ve got you covered. The helpX app has built in both digital and cash options, when it comes to paying for your services.
SAFETY FIRST
We built the helpX app, with attention to safety. Several features have been built to ensure both you and the service providers are safe during the service journey. Checkout our Community Guidelines and the Safety Tips, to ensure respectful, safe and delightful service experiences.
PIN verification : Service sessions begin only after a PIN verification between you and the service provider. This allows you to verify the service providers, as they enter your location.
Contact emergency services : Emergency hotlines of Police and Suwa Seriya ambulance service, can be quickly accessed via helpX Safety option in the App.
RATE YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER
After a service session, you can rate and add comments about your service provider. This goes a long way, in building a reliable and respectable community of users.
AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES DEPENDS ON THE LOCATION
All the services may not be available at every location. Update your address in the helpX app and check if we serve your desired location.
