uygulamanın sepetinde artık ne türlü gereksiz işler dönüyorsa telefonun şarjı bitti. Kasmayın böyle o ekranda yaptığınız hiç bir şey satın alma kararıma fiyat kadar etki etmiyor.
Olumsuz bi müşteri deneyimi
Telefondan sipariş vermek için Sepeti onayladım ödeme bilgilerini adres bilgilerini girdim, son adımda bir doğrulama şifresini istedi. Telefon eski olduğu farkettim, menüden bulamadım, whatsapp robotu hiç bişey anlamadı sonra müşteri temsilciniz web sitenize yönlendirdi.. web sitenizde girişe basınca da yine mobil app a yönlendi.. sorun zaten menülerden bulamamaktı yine Aynı noktaya döndük.. biraz uğraşıp bulduk değiştirdik, sonra yine adım adım ilerle telefona doğrulama kodu fln, en son banka tekrar doğrulama kodu.. gerçekten 3 kez aynı telefondan doğrulama kodu girmenin anlamı nedir ?

Yanıltıcı Kampanya
Uzun zamandır kullanmadığım uygulama ile dün bi kaç teknoloji ürünü siparişi verecektim. Ürünler sepete eklenince 250 üzeri alışverişte 50 lira indirim kampanyası uyarısı çıktı. Bu sebeple ilgili miktarı aşıp tüm bileğileri girdikten sonra uygulama hata vermeye başladı. Daha sonra bu kampanyanın kaybolduğunu gördüm. O aşamadan sonra alma eğiliminde olacağınızı varsayarak bir yanıltıcı kampanya uygulandı.

İpad de sorunlu çalışıyor
Uygulama iphone da güzel çalışıyor fakat ipadde ısınma, ve donma sorunları var. Ödeme ekranı ipadde tamamen donuyor. Genelde sepeti ipadde doldurup ödemeyi iphoneda yapıyorum
