Hercules CP Mobile is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use Hercules CP Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.

For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

Machines say available on the app when they are absolutely in use. Very frustrating. Please fix this!!!!

Mediocre, could use some love

The app mostly gets the basic job done of operating washers and dryers. Additionally, the auto refill is convenient. The cycle timer/tracking is nice (when it works, sometimes it won’t register when starting the cycle) Beyond that, this app is pretty bare bones. It’s quite finicky too, you have to do everything exactly in sequence and can’t switch out then switch back mid way through operating. Furthermore, it’s just tedious to actually operate the machines. Scan the code, wait for it to find the machine via Bluetooth, select your cycle, confirm your selection in the app (why?!) then it will start. The request service is barely usable and it doesn’t have any tracking. There’s a lot of improvements that could be made to an app that exists in 2025, seems like Hercules isn’t really investing in this given there hasn’t been an update in 7 months.

Apartment living with coin-operated machines. So glad to not have to be hunting for quarters anymore. I just take my phone and do laundry. It’s So Easy ! Couldn’t love it any more.❤️❤️

Great service

Love the ease of using your phone to add funds and use the machines. The notifications and ability to see the time left on washers and dryers on your phone is just superb!!!

WiFi in basement

I would way rather use Apple Pay. It is very frustrating when you go down to a basement and there is no service so the app won’t load
