HERE WeGo Maps & Navigation

It doesn’t want to stop downloading when I try to update my offline maps with the latest points of interest when it reaches 100%. I had to stop the update when it reached 314%… I’m no expert, but that seems bizarre… Also, searches in offline mode don’t work for me. It keeps asking for an internet connection to do a search for a POI that is clearly in its offline database.

Latest version doesn’t work with Apple CarPlay. Made a mistake of updating the app while on holiday and lost CarPlay navigation. Emailed support and their answer was that they are aware of the issue but there is no mention here in the app store that with the update you will loose carplay support. The issue is resolved in the latest version. Thanks

This new version need internet. pls fix it

Was one of the if not THE best offline navigation but after the latest redesign it went 10steps backwards! If I start writing what you fked up ill need 10pages so I’ll say EVERYTHING is way worse than before, so SAD!

I've been using it for five years at least, but after the last update, even though I have downloaded maps, cannot use it offline

We used this app for the offline features, now it works only with internet connection. No point on using it when you can use google maps with internet. It was 5/5 when it had the old version. Now it’s completely useless to have it, if you don’t have offline features.

The new version of this app has many bugs. But the most annoying is not being to see the map when navigating because it freezes the map portion of the screen and the app can not locate you while it gives only voice and sign directions. Please debug this because it makes the whole app useless.

Hi. I have been using the Here maps for years and I have enjoyed it and recommended it to others. With the newest version the app simply does struggle to work in offline mode while opened in Carplay. Even the selected mode is offline it needs an internet connection to locate me. Hope it will be fixed soon.

The new version of the app doesn’t work at all! I have downloaded my maps of interest and went offline and gues what?…DOESN’T WORK! It freezes and can’t find anything! My wife didn’t do the update and we tried entering the same word on the new and the old version. The old version works like a swiss watch the new one with the SAME search all it does is “suggestions not available in offline mode” Bull....t! Fix it or take it down!
