Not Operational
I don’t think this app is operating anymore. I tried to use it today, and it said there were no drivers in my area yet, but I live in Fulton County - Atlanta, GA. Disappointed.

Terrible
Requested a ride 24 hours in advance , 2 people accepted, but once the time came around for pickup no one showed up and no one contacted me on why. Great idea for a app but putting bad taste by no shows
Excellent Ride
Excellent service. New to the app and wanted to support an all women business. Felt very safe and relaxed.
Never any drivers, useless app
Good idea, horrific execution. They’re been around for years now, no excuse as to why they don’t have drivers available in a city like Atlanta! Just use Lyft, these people don’t care about their business.
My experience
Have very positive feedback except for one time at the airport and I could not get a ride, claiming no drive is available. I certainly was very disappointed, but I will not give up on you. I have spread the word to everybody I know and I will definitely use you again
No response
I was in Atlanta last week. I tried booking a ride several times and received no response. Was I doing something wrong? Does your app work like Uber’s?
Fake scamming
Don’t use this app they will take your money and no ride will ever come they are scamming in broad day light

I scheduled a ride far in advance. My money was DEBITED IMMEDIATELY. The trip showed on the map. Driver NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. Never received a call of issues with the driver. And there’s no way to contact HERide when there’s a problem. Had to call another ride share and I was late for my event. AND NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. This is the 3rd attempt to use and never will use again. HERide has SCAMMED ME. of over $50. I referred HERide to several friends and they all had the same problem.. HERIDE IS A SCAM!!!!
None existence
The app needs to be removed from the App Store. This company is obviously not in business and should not be advertising as if it is. I tried to use the app June 18? 2024 and was left stranded at the airport for an hour thinking someone would be assigned. Not only was no one assigned, no one responded to my out reach. Thankfully Uber was there to save the day. @Apple store, please remove this company from the APP store as it is not in business or is false advertising as a business.
