Very frustrating app that can’t get the notification button right. This means there are lots of missed messages as you don’t believe the app when it shows there is a notification.

Like all other said, any message drafted but removed. Will constantly show a notification that will never be able to remove.

Stalls all the time. Doesn’t load photos in order for learning stories. Won’t load at all on my phone since yesterday. Just the spinning turquoise circle.

Ever since the last app update, I have a notification that won’t go away. There is no new information from school, it seems to be a glitch. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged back in, and the notification reappears every time. Very annoying.

We’re 4 months into this year and 2 notifications have been showing for the entirety of Term 1. They don’t disappear, ever. Regardless of doing all logical things including deleting and reloading the app, emailing the app help desk and throwing the phone across the room. Frustrating when you miss important announcements from the school because there are permanently two notifications present, despite there not actually being any at all once the app is opened. Please fix!

Have this issue since last year and been ignoring all time. It just quick annoying where you don’t have any new notification but the app shows there is 1 the whole time even you have marked all as read.

It always appears that I have 2 notifications but when I go into the app there is nothing there. This is super frustrating

There’s no such thing as no notifications. If I have no notifications the app shows three. If I actually have notifications it shows the correct number… if I have three notifications I’ll never know. The app does what it says… just not very well all the time.

This app has good functionality and is great for interacting with the teachers and leaders at my kid’s school, let down by small, annoying bugs. The biggest annoyances are (1) inability to remove schools my kids are no longer at, and (2) if an announcement is sent to a class and then removed by the teacher before I can read it the badge notification on the app icon continues to display a count, even though there are no unread announcements inside the app.

The app constantly shows a notification icon when there are no notifications. I can’t seem to get rid of it and worried I will miss when actual new notifications come in. Very annoying.
