Not working …the game open but not working

Not working Don’t download it wasting time and not loading or working

Bought all characters and had gone almost all the way up the levels but then upgraded phones lost all that progress including PAID for hero’s and now I’ve been in the same day on game for the last three days in real time and repeated communication with customer service with no answer
