Not connecting to device
Why it stopped connecting to my phone now i do not have the right time and date what to do??? Its ok now thanks to the support!

I've been with this watch since 2019 and it has performed well. During the first 2 years, the battery can last up to 1 week of no charging but now, I need to charge it every 2 days or so. I also enjoy changing the watch's face because there are a lot of choices that I can choose from but it always resets and resets so it keeps coming back to the original face and I always have to check if the time is always in line with my phone. But overall, it's still good despite the minor issues.
B57 WATCH CAN NO LONGER CONNECT TO YOUR APP
what is the steps of reconnecting to the bluetooth,my B57 watch suddenly was disconnected to the bluetooth of my phone using your app…please do something about it…thanks a lot…GOD BLESS! ! !
How Reinstall the App!
I deleted the app so I can reinstall it, but when I go to the app store it only has the “OPEN” option which means it is still installed on my phone and probably hidden somewhere!!! Please fix!!!
