Not connected
At the moment my watch is not connected to my phone. Anyone that can help I would be grateful. Would I have to delete app and start again?

New version 1.2.2 will not open on iPhone 11. With latest iOS. Need new update
Hero Band III
I have had this watch for probably a year or 2 now and it’s amazing. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to for this watch. It Bluetooth’s to your phone and let’s you see the last 3 messages from your phone. You can customise what you see when you turn on your watch. You can do a pre-made screen or you can choose a photo from your photos. The only thing I would change about this watch is that it should be able to answer calls. It has the icon to pick up but doesn’t let you. I don’t know if this is just my watch, but just an improvement for the manufacturers. Overall, I love this watch.

Notifications are awful, not all notifications are on there, would not recommend

Since the latest update the app will not load or connect

The app seems to have had an update and now I can’t open it to use it

My friend told me to get this app and connect to it so I got it and it’s not connecting at all so I am not sure what i am doing it wrong but it should work
