Because of your cloud sync bug, I’ve lost several days of work. This bug can be easily reproduced with just an iPhone and an iPad. Why don’t you even perform such basic testing?

Game stopped working looked up fix said to delete and redownload it save data should be saved to apple account but to my surprise everything was gone

Fun, Above average, but could be improved, here's how

MOST GREEDY SURVIVOR GAME OF ALL WITH WORST ABILITY FOR FREE TO PLAY, SCAMMY EVENTS AND REWARD SYSTEMS!! Bad scaling, bad for free to play in terms of resource gain, and cheap cash grab events that purposely make rewards just out of reach unless you pay. Want to earn gems? Do the daily quests!! Want to complete all the quests for a certain event or week?? Cool! Well you can do ALL the quests but guess what! One of the "quests" will be to make a purchase, so you can never complete it and get the final reward unless you pay for something. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm doing the snowglobe quest, and I earned 350 tokens and bought some snowglobe shards or whatever, and guess what!!?? You need 25 to get the snowglobe, guess how much it gave me? 24!!! Next, I was doing the reaper spin where you pay gems and it chooses a random thing, you can get the reaper as a reward. It landed on the reaper first try, stopped there for like 10 seconds, then all the sudden BOOM it switches to the lowest reward. It's definitely rigged. Same with the dice roll chutes and ladders/candyland type game for the snowglobe. Every time I had a good reward in my path I'd get exactly the perfect dice roll to make me miss the good reward and get the worst one. There's no real even chance or fairness here, they know exactly how many times you've rolled/what you've spent, and they rig it to make sure you have to pay as much as possible before it gives you the reward. Also, I don't see an option for idle rewards. Almost every other game of this type has a thing where you collect coins and scrolls and stuff while not playing. This one doesn't and it's makes it extremely hard to earn coins and basic things to level up without paying, as well as the prices being high. There are other games like this, shadow survival, survivor.io, wizard hero, all of these games actually let you play for free and actually earn things very well if you play well. Shadow survival is one of the best versions, has really cool artwork and aesthetics, and you earn gems wayyyy faster. Go play one of those. The only reason I play this one is because I just like the flame wheel and the vampire aura, but I'm gonna get bored of that, realize how hard it is to get any of the other cool stuff without paying way too much for every single little thing where there's a micro transaction around every corner with ridiculous prices for digital items that aren't even real and cost no money to reproduce for the company

The new ad partner makes it impossible

$20 is way too much for ads free in a mobile game. That said, they’ve brought in the ad partner that makes you babysit your phone closing out of multiple ads to get one reward. The game WAS fun before I had to start force closing the app to avoid them and losing rewards and progress a dozen times a level.
