I dont think u can actually sign up for membership here. Which is inconvenient and annoying. Also misleading since there’s “no member card” registration option, but then it requires registration code? If I don’t even have a member card then how can I have registration code?!
Useless App
Can't even recognise hero card number Even register for new account requires a code, what code??
Registration code
To create an account but keep asking for registration code. How to get the code?
Registration Error
New member registration kept returning “Invalid Member” error without really explaining why so I’m unable to register and log in, rendering the app pretty useless at this moment.
