App not hugely user friendly - trying to use hair miles takes you back to the website telling you to download the app….. you can’t use your hair miles on the website, so therefore can’t use them at all?! Definitely needs to be looked at please Hershesons! Your salons and work you do there is faultless, but your IT team is letting you down!
App is super easy to use but the hair miles button just redirects you to the webpage to download the app even if it’s already been downloaded, can’t seem to see my hair miles. Same issue for the rewards button. It’s also not clear blow dries are not included in treatments and this is an extra service you need to book in, the team has to squeeze this in for me once I got to the salon as I thought it was included. Love the team there though, shame about the app!
