Fine for renewals but searching the catalogue for any book always returns zero results

The old app was easy to read and use. Who would invent a black background with light green font for text? Under accessibility it proudly states you cannot change this colour scheme. Bring back the old black on white scheme please.
I just get the rotating circle. I have lost the facilities I had with the previous app. Including renewals! NOT happy.
This app stopped working during 2022. It literally does nothing except records your card number and directs you to a web page where you can get into you library account.
It’s not possible to manage multiple accounts from the App without manually logging out and back in again, remembering your own account details. This makes it of limited use when trying to look after the library account of an adult and more than one child.
Good to have an app rather than having to visit the website each time, however, a few new features would make this so much more useful! 1. Being able to switch between saved accounts so I can renew my childrens books alongside my own 2. Not having to put borrower no. And password back into the app when it’s recommending ebooks/audiobooks via borrow box or Libby Thanks!
I have seen a number of people, both customers and staff in libraries who are frustrated because the barcode on the app won’t scan at the enquiry desk, this has to be fixed to make the app useful. Otherwise it is averagely useful, but prefer to use the web site where possible.
This is one of the worst apps I have used. Most of the times I search for a book, I cannot even scroll down to see it’s availability. Seriously waste of time.
