Really unintuitive and clumsy to use!!

This app is so frustrating. Doesn't work properly. Too many bugs. Can't get it to book me a car!

App is broken (again) and no out of hours support. Old school thinking.

The app serves its purpose. However, it would be better to be able to view the make of car from the map view without having to click each and every car available trying to find the type of car you want. The most frustrating part of the app and the whole user experience is not being able to switch off the notifications. I received 4 text messages and 8 emails just for a three hour car rental!

Useless - can't even find a hertz dealer in Melbourne a Capital city

The app is really not bad. However the service is awful. I was fined $100 for smoking in their vehicle. I am a non-smoker and I thought it was just a simple mistake. So I asked Hertz to investigate it. They answered that the fine would remain because my booking had been the final one before the next member had lodged a complaint about the smoke smell. So basically they didn’t investigate anything and fined me just because another member complained. I won’t ever use their service again and I strongly recommend everyone to do the same.

Good app but can't search by vehicle (vans) like the website

Easy to use and covers all necessary info. Only improvement would be if you could search by vehicle type, or filter by vehicle type in the map would be better.

Very good app, but the app has no detail location of specific cars only on map site location. Would be lovely if there was a vehicle list where you can touch on with details, instead of touching every site location on the map to search for a specific vehicle. For the person who got fined... Report the smoke smell 1st. Then you wouldn't get fined, unless your lying. I have evidence of ash on the steering column dash and if it's not you, then be lazy and report it!!!
