Missing sets
I’ve updated to the most recent version, but unfortunately not all the sets are available. My girls got the monsters and aliens sets for Christmas, but the instructions aren’t available on the app. We are located in Canada, I would hope hat this isn’t the issue.
App crashes as soon as I click anything
I’ve reinstalled this app several times but it still crashes as soon as I click on anything. I haven’t even been able to redeem the code that came with the clay set yet.
Only have veggies and fruits
I just downloaded this again and The app lost the option to enter my code for the bugs. What happened? I paid for that code whe I purchased mymproduct! I'm in Canada.

I am 8 years old and I love hay clay so much 👨👩👧❤️👍🏼💗😁🙋🏻♀️🏆🥇!
Disappointed
Like another reviewer commented, the app does not work for the animal set that I purchased - Just the fruit and vegetable one. I checked to ensure that my iPhone is set for Canada where I purchased the activity and not Germany like was suggested in another review. The colours of the clay are different depending on which set you purchase. I won’t purchase this again unless I know that the app is working.
To hard
I’m 9 and I tried playing it but it’s to hard.I don’t get how younger kids would be able to play.
Not working
I have a code for the bugs, but I can only see fruits and vegetables. Very disappointing. Don’t sell those kits in Canada of we cannot have access Thank you for your response. I don’t know what happened but it is now working. It took a few days to have the kits on my app
Great but I have a problem...
I love the app and I have used it before when you first put out Hey Clay but I reinstalled it again to get really disappointed. Where did some of the other sets go? There is only Fruits and Veggies. Please fix this because I would love the other sets and I would love for the sets to be free. The app also keeps crashing and it is very annoying. Please fix these but otherwise your app is great.
