Alexa no longer working with this device
As per title, Alexa no longer able to connect to this device therefore the hey plug just stopped working a few days ago via Alexa, where previous it was fine.

As per title, Alexa no longer able to connect to this device therefore the hey plug just stopped working a few days ago via Alexa, where previous it was fine.
I will be sending my LED Strip lights back. They will not pair to my phone. Can’t get through to customer service. I’ve emailed several times and was offered a phone call to help install but was then told there were no free outgoing phone lines. Such a shame because the presentation and delivery were great, totally ruined by inept customer service.
The interface would be better if you could drag and drop bulbs into positions. Especially if they have magically moved themselves out of order after a phone reboot. Starting again from the beginning, is not time sensitivity practical. Also bigger more sensitive buttons and colour matching for groups would be good. Good value for money and reasonably versatile options.
Works well with 3rd party bulbs and it’s easy to navigate.
So I just want to say I love this app it’s so nice to have your light turn on automatically when you wake up. Its really great to be able to customise the brightness colour warmth etc... It was also came in lovely packaging so if you where thinking of buying a light go for it! It’s great!
Can you please change the design, add dark mode, iOS 15 widget.

When the app works it’s ok but it’s too inconsistent. The products are hit and miss also, I’ve tried connecting three GU10 bulbs and cannot get all three connected but there is no consistency with the errors. One bulb will connect ok and the others won’t but when I try again the another one will connect but the one that connected 2 minutes ago won’t!! Frustrating at best
I use this app in conjunction with the internal camera to keep an eye on my dog. I often have issues with connecting to the camera stream when outside the house which kind of defeats the object. The playback function could be better as it’s hard to scroll to a particular time - if I scroll across it just jumps back to the time it was on before. Hoping this improves because after less than a week it is already annoying.
Sorry my case is frustration I cannot connect my plug to the app. It maybe my fault but it is not as easy as they suggest and I have a lot of smart devises and the customer support were no help just repeating the user instructions which I had followed to the letter so been left with unusable product.
