I’ve had a problem completing my dog Zip’s profile and activating my account. I finally erased everything and started over and wala! Everything is working great. Contact with customer service was immediate every time I contacted them. I think it was just a glitch and I don’t think for the price and services you can find a better tag anywhere. I only gave a 3 star rating because of the glitch. HehBuddy is fixing the problem so I doubt anyone else will experience it.

Very easy to use, but I can’t find some of the information I entered after completing the profile. I needed to look at his food, and can’t access the info through the app. Other than that, great buy!

I love the concept of this app. It's easy to order and set up and keeps everything easy to access. The cons are that the app is very.very.slow. Sometimes some features, such as photo upload just...don't work. No error, no crash - it just doesn't work. Kind of frustrating. Otherwise love this and have some peace of mind to have these in my dogs collars along with their normal tags!

There is no option to save log in credentials or use biometrics (iPhone), so have to type out UN / PW every time. Ugh

The app won’t let me sign in to my account. It keeps wanting me to register. And when my dog’s tag was scanned by a friend sitting right next to me, it said it was scanned in a completely different state. The app needs to be fixed.

We got our Hey Buddy for our pup and what a smooth platform and easy to use! I find it so comforting knowing we can list our dog’s information on her profile and have a profile for ourselves as well. There are so many platforms that are tough to navigate, this is certainly NOT one of them. Highly recommend for any pet parent wanting to keep tabs on their pet and have all their vital information privy to their profile. Super stylish too! Getting them for my friends pets as gifts surely.

I periodically scan my Hey Buddy’s and of late they are about 200 miles off on the location of the scan. First few times it worked fine but now it’s definitely not. A 200 mile discrepancy is just too much. I need to know where my dog(s) is if they’re missing.

So disappointed. I had high hopes for the tag. it was easy to update the information, however, every time we scanned the QR code. It showed the location as hundreds of miles from where we actually were. I’ve reached out to customer service several times with zero response. Very, very disappointing.

I have scanned the QR code several times and the device shows a location 10+ miles away. I’ve contacted tech support and followed their instructions with NO improvement. I’m quite disappointed! Maybe some software upgrades will help but I’m not hopeful.

At first I thought it was awesome and love all the info you can add to the website. Then we tried scanning it today to see what it showed. We were happy about that at first, then it showed that it was canned 5 minutes ago in Omaha Nebraska which is several hours away. If I wasn’t right here with him and his hey buddy tag I would be a flipping wreck. I’m now not so sure about this thing actually working.
