They need to really improve
Very bad experience with them. An order on 30 mins took two hours. They keep changing riders. Extremely poor service
App very confusing and stressful
Can’t direct payment be made? Why having to go to the wallet? The app was really frustrating using it for the first time, and I was made to pay extra from the initial amount given. The web is preferable if I consider using it again
