Programmers still have some work to do. It has some potential but major bugs and shortcomings. This review is for the companion app in conjunction with the D8 Watch (Model: D8-240-2.11, Firmware 0.0.0.8) Bug: D8 Watch and App don’t show weather, as both don't read the location somehow even though access to location is granted. Other apps on the watch do read it. Weather app and watchfaces just show 0 Degrees. Not all watchfaces from advertising available and only three which show the battery status of of the earphones in the D8 watch. Maps App on the watch shows you only your street name (location), nothing else. No map, no navigation. Music control app on watch only has forward and back button. No track title, no time read out, no skip. Nothing. Only two buttons. When called watch only shows number, not contact name even though the person is in the phone book. You can only take or decline calls. No stopping the vibration on the watch without either taking or declining the call. NFC doesn't work. NFC can't be read by an nfc reader. Oxygen reader is fake. I only shows random values between 95 and 98%. Even if attached to inanimate objects. Chess and 2048 game missing.

Worse smart watch purchases. First of all I can not register. I keep trying but I never get a verification code. Also I agree that not all of us like the 24-hour display for time or no choice on the metric or imperial measurement systems. Awful

It would be great if I could actually see the weather on the watch and also have the option to change it from the military clock ! But most of all the weather… everything is 0 degrees… it won’t connect to the weather from my phone although I believe it should work that way once it’s connected. PLEASE FIX THIS !!!

I can't even figure out how to connect the earphones

This watch could be totally amazing, instead it’s just good for now. I can’t register it because I can’t read Chinese and I can’t put in the confirmation number they are asking for. The biggest thing is what others have said. The fact that it only has 24 hour clock instead of AM/ PM stinks. Also I would prefer my temperature in degrees not Celsius. It also keeps deferring my measurements from feet to meters. Little bugs that seem like they can be easily fixed by adding these features in the app as things you can toggle between depending on your preference, but until then, my rating is a two. Easily can turn into a 4.5 to a 5 with those simple changes.

Dont allow me to register nor change the time of the watch.
