Incompatible - needs bug fixing
Doesn’t work with iOS 16, the app hasn’t been updated in years sadly Alexa function only works with US Amazon Store, for a UK PLUG?! so useless

Cannot find Alexa skill
Tried to connect to Alexa following instructions but cannot find skill called “HF Smart”
Rubbish now
When I first used this app, it worked. Now you have login rubbish. Can’t have more than one user at a time. Stupid
Very disappointed
Latest app won’t let me login just says network error. Now I have lots of devices connected that won’t work, so much for making life easier! Please get your act together, it’s not a great advertisement for using Chinese technology.

Broken again
Updated to latest version and app no longer working. Will not let me log in or register. Just says network error. Same on iPhone and iPad.
Crashes
Not been able to use as app just crashes
Avoid like the plague.
New update has rendered my devices useless. Now required to register, but the process doesn’t seem to work. £50 spent on intelligent sockets, now completely useless.
Hardly works
Doesn't work very well waste of money better to buy more expensive one so you get what you pay for 😔
