I have been trying for the last 30 minutes and to no avail. Clearly, based on the other reviews, this app does not work.

App paired once with the fan and then stopped working randomly. I could not repair the phone with the app after and have to return the fan since it DOES NOT COME WITH A PHYSICAL REMOTE. Do yourself a favor and get a different and better fan.

The app can not pair to the fan. It does not work

The app does not work, I followed the instructions and it will not pair or will the fan connect to my bluetooth. The remote works great so I guess I will just be using that.

The fan light generally works well it was just the app giving me trouble.

Paired the first time worked great. Lost connection now cannot pair. Hand Controls useless! can only use wall light switch to turn on light. No control of brightness. Just switch on or on. No fan! Grrrrr

Despite the program’s potential, pairing the device with the application is challenging, and its functionality deviates significantly from its original design. While the device itself merits a passing grade, earning four out of five stars, the application falls short of expectations. The absence of an instruction manual for the defunct application is particularly frustrating. In the absence of a better option, I recommend sticking to the controller, which offers a superior user experience. It is evident that the developers would have benefited from hiring a more experienced individual with a more suitable computer setup. The coding quality would have been significantly improved.

Got it but it never worked for me it never connected to my phone soits not useful at all and it's still not working for me. I've been trying to do it for 2 weeks

Quite possibly the single worst app I’ve used in my entire life, I’ve made more intuitive apps in my free time.

This app clearly exists just to collect your data. -It comes with no instructions -Won’t pair with fan -Poorly translated -Least intuitive set up I have ever seen -Has functions that do nothing This app is like a high school kids first programming project, and the teacher would still fail them. If the creator of the app is out there…..you should be embarrassed.
