Randomly, the app will have me sign in with my user name and password instead of facial recognition. Using my last noted username, I am denied access and cannot request a change like with other apps. It takes a phone call to regain access.. This is inconvenient; especially on a weekend.

Used to work. Tried both the iOS and the Android app. After taking the pictures of the check, it fails to submit them.

I am new to the branch. The people and staff there are truly amazing and great to deal with. However, the app is super limited. I’m not able to access my credit card and make a payment through this app. All I can do is view my activity but no options to view my statement, or make an online payment.

I love the new online banking. Offers way more options. P2P, external transferring, Principle loan payments, enhanced secure messaging! User friendly and works well with thumb print/Face ID.

Very happy with the new features and the ability to view my accounts from other places.

This app is much improved and provides all the services I needed. Thank you HHFCU!
